The modern 3 1/2 room flat was built in 2014 (Minergie standard) and is located in a 3-family house on the 1st floor. It is situated in a quiet and sunny location in the village of Lantsch/Lenz and offers a magnificent view of the Parc Ela mountains.
The village of Lantsch/Lenz has a training ski lift, a natural ice rink and a cross-country ski trail that stretches as far as Parpan. The children's playground is only 150 metres from the flat.
The holiday flat is only 5 minutes by car from the centre of the destination Lenzerheide.
