The toilet is accessible separately.
In the living kitchen, there is a comfortable couch that has a sleeping function if needed.
Opposite, a large flat-screen TV for a relaxing break.
The fully equipped kitchen invites you to cook and enjoy.
With full occupancy (6 people), 2 additional single beds are set up in the living area.
The entire apartment has Wi-Fi.
The holiday apartment "Auszeit Stubai" has a size of 90m².
It consists of 2-3 bedrooms (depending on occupancy), 1 hallway, 1 bathroom, 1 toilet, and a large living kitchen.
Outdoors, the 200m² garden can also be used.
A free parking space is also available.
The apartment is only 500m on foot from the Schlick 2000 ski and hiking area.
With good snow conditions, you can even ski directly to the accommodation.
A minimum occupancy of 4 adults is desired. (Max. 6 people) Parking, heating, electricity, water, and bed linen are included.
Final cleaning once €80.
The minimum stay is 5 nights.
Pets are not allowed.
Smoking is only permitted outdoors.
Parties are not allowed.
The local tax is charged to guests who complete their 16th year of age in the current calendar year.
The local tax of €4.80 per person/night must be paid directly on site to the host.
