The family-run house is located in a quiet and central location with a large playground and sunbathing lawn and barbecue area. There are two vacation apartments available. Your advantage: We are a partner company of the Chiemgau Card On your arrival you will receive the Chiemgau Card, with which you can enjoy numerous free offers in and around Ruhpolding. Among other things, you have access to mountain railways, ski lifts and adventure pools as well as various museums and guided hikes. You can also hire bikes free of charge and use public transport such as the regional buses and the Bavarian regional railway between Ruhpolding and Traunstein. So you can experience the region to the full and at the same time be surprised by the many free offers. We will be happy to send you further information and the detailed terms of use on request. terms/extras
The prices quoted do not include the visitor's tax applicable during your stay. This is 2.90 euros per adult (aged 16 and over) per night and 1.70 per child/young person aged 6-15 per night. No visitor's tax is charged for children aged 0 - 5 years.

Over the freeway A 8 in the direction of Siegsdorf, Ruhpolding and at the first gas station turn right.

Description of the accommodation
The comfortably furnished vacation apartments have a separate living area as well as 1 bedroom, 1 shower room, TV and DVD, stereo radio, dishwasher, oven as well as a hairdryer per bathroom. Bed linen, towels and tea towels are provided. Final cleaning is included in the price. All apartments exude classic comfort. From the balcony you can enjoy the view of the Unternberg, which invites you to ski tours in winter. Car parking is available along the road, directly in front of the house.
