The family-run business for more than 40 years offers comfortable rooms and apartments in beautiful surroundings with views of meadows, forests and mountains. Our well-kept house is located away from traffic and only a few minutes walk from the center of the village. In winter, a picturesquely situated cross-country ski trail leads directly past the house.The vacation and climatic health resort of Ruhpolding (670m) offers a variety of activities:200 km of hiking trails, 50 km of which are cleared in winter, 60 km of cross-country ski trails, artificial ice rink, various ski lifts, horse-drawn carriage and sleigh rides, wave/adventure pool, heated outdoor pool, 18-hole golf course, tennis courts, equestrian center, hang-gliding and paragliding school, amusement park, fly-fishing, etc.Our well-kept house is only 10 minutes away from the center of Ruhpolding and from the stop of the village bus line. It has a quiet, sunny location with panoramic views of the alpine region. In the winter season, the cross-country ski trail leads directly past the house.Our house offers lovingly furnished single and double rooms with balcony and shower / WC. With pleasure our guests enjoy the familiar atmosphere in the beautiful lounge with tiled stove and color TV. In summer you can relax on a terrace or on the lawn. On our lawn is a barbecue area which is gladly used by our guests. Or how about a carefree vacation in one of our comfortable apartments? The apartments are suitable for 2 - 5 persons. They have 1 or 2 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with TV. Bed linen and towels are provided. Another apartment is located at Am Wundergraben 1 on a hill with a beautiful view over the Ruhpolding valley and the mountains. The village center is only a few minutes walk away, the ski area Westernberg as well as the Academy of Healing Art are right outside the front door.On request, we offer our guests guided hikes (in winter also snowshoe) and mountain bike tours in the beautiful Ruhpolding mountains. For our younger guests, our horses are available for guided horseback riding. Your advantage: We are a partner company of the Chiemgau Card On your arrival you will receive the Chiemgau Card, with which you can enjoy numerous free offers in and around Ruhpolding. Among other things, you have access to mountain railways, ski lifts and adventure pools as well as various museums and guided hikes. You can also hire bikes free of charge and use public transport such as the regional buses and the Bavarian regional railway between Ruhpolding and Traunstein. terms/extras
The prices quoted do not include the visitor's tax applicable during your stay. This is 2.90 euros per adult (aged 16 and over) per night and 1.70 per child/young person aged 6-15 per night. No visitor's tax is charged for children aged 0 - 5 years.

Coming from the A 8 Munich-Salzburg, in Ruhpolding turn left at the traffic light into Zellerstraße and then take the next right into Christl-Probst-Straße.
