Quiet and central, on a sunny hill in the middle of meadows, lies our well-kept farmhouse. The cozy and with 3 stars classified vacation apartments with balcony are lovingly furnished in Bavarian country house style. Our house is only 20 minutes walk from the village center and 200m from the village bus stop and is the ideal starting point for your vacation activities. Hiking and biking trails lead directly past the house. Outdoor pool and adventure pool Vita-Alpina, as well as restaurants are within walking distance.Right next to the house one of the numerous, well-maintained cross-country ski trails of the Ruhpolding ski trail network passes. The ski area Unternberg is only about 500 m away. Your advantage: We are a partner company of the Chiemgau Card On your arrival you will receive the Chiemgau Card, with which you can enjoy numerous free offers in and around Ruhpolding. Among other things, you have access to mountain railways, ski lifts and adventure pools as well as various museums and guided hikes. You can also hire bikes free of charge and use public transport such as the regional buses and the Bavarian regional railway between Ruhpolding and Traunstein. The prices quoted do not include the visitor's tax applicable during your stay. This is 2.90 euros per adult (aged 16 and over) per night and 1.70 per child/young person aged 6-15 per night. No visitor's tax is charged for children aged 0 - 5 years.

Coming from the A8, drive through the village and turn right at the traffic lights. Pass the indoor wave pool Vita-Alpina and the Café Windbeutelgräfin. Then turn left towards Unternbergbahn, then left towards Gstatt.
