(Please note that all beds have a foot and headboard, so not suitable for very tall people.) There is a bathroom with shower, and another seperate toilet.

A large garden surrounds the entire property with full access for guests. Climbing frame/slide and swings for children. Many items of garden furniture ensure relaxation in shade or sunny positions.

The 300+ year old Sycamore is a protected living monument and is over 6m in circumference and as tall as the house.
The steam train line runs by the side of the house, 4 times daily over the summer weekends.

Quiet location in the village by a river, but only a few minutes from 4 major ski areas and Marapfarr. Free ski bus 300m. The Lungau is a brilliant area in summer also, for hiking, biking and relaxing.
