This detached holiday house is in a quiet holiday park in Fedderwardersiel, right behind the embankment. It is only about 300 metres to the lake and the idyllic harbour with its fishing boats. The cosy little fishing village is in the Niedersächsiches Wattenmeer National Park. You have a view from the embankment of the lovely harbour at Bremerhaven.

The holiday house invites you to enjoy 78m² of living space. The generous living and dining room provides a comfortable leather suite, a large TV and a dining space with a big table and six chairs. The kitchen, which was refurbished in May 2016, is equipped with a convection oven, a ceramic hob, a fridge with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a microwave, a toaster, a kettle, an egg boiler and a coffee machine. One of the three bedrooms is furnished with a double bed (180cm wide), while the other two each have two single beds (90cm wide). All bedrooms have plenty of storage space in the cupboards with plenty of coat hangers. The bathroom was renovated in 2018 and now offers a big walk-in shower, washbasin, WC and hairdryer and has ample space for toiletries and cosmetics. The wider door also allows wheelchair users to use the bathroom. Board games are available for all ages. Not all the rooms have heating. There is no Internet connection.

The big terrace was refurbished in 2018 and with its six wicker chairs, a big table and a parasol it invites you to enjoy leisurely hours at any time of day. There are relaxation loungers (in the wooden shed behind the house) for parents to relax while children play in the big garden or on the swing. There is a big stainless-steel grill and a hand cart for transporting beach toys or picnic accessories. One of the upstairs bedrooms opens onto a little balcony facing the garden, where you can enjoy a glass of wine in the evenings or simply read a book. There is a free private car parking space. Pets are not allowed.

Villa Linus is in an enclosed holiday park without through traffic. The nature reserve at the tidal flats with its chirping birds and benches invites you to go birdwatching. The Fedderwardersiel fishing harbour is between the nature reserve and a little yacht harbour. When the boats come back from their catch, you can buy freshly caught crabs directly, or you can enjoy fresh fish in the nearby restaurants, fish stalls or from a fishing association. There is also a quaint grocery shop with fresh rolls in the harbour. The big supermarket is only about 2km away in Burhave. You can spend your day at the sandy beach about 2km away or in the seawater swimming lake “North Sea lagoon”. On stormier days, there is the playing barn for all ages with a climbing wall in Burhave. The Wega II will accompany you on trips on the North Sea. There is an asphalted promenade behind the embankment with many benches and sculptures, which is suitable for cycle trips or strolls along the waterfront with a pushchair or wheelchair. Or you can stroll across the 200-metre-long beach in front of the lagoon into the tidal flats. The sound of the waves and the fresh North Sea breeze will enliven your senses.
