Great house with private pool located in a natural environment in Andratx, south of the island.
It has capacity for 6 guests.
With wonderful views of the surrounding area, the 7 m x 4 m swimming pool, with a depth ranging from 1.40 m to 1.80 m, invites you to enjoy a refreshing swim to cope with the Mediterranean climate.
Outdoors, there are other areas where you can relax in the open air, such as the terrace or the glazed porch.
You can enjoy lunches, dinners and delicious barbecues even when the weather is not favourable.
The property is fenced and there are neighbours nearby.
The interior of the house is laid out on a single floor and is characterised by a rustic and traditional style.
Upon entering, you will find a spacious living-dining room where you can watch satellite TV and keep warm by the fireplace on colder days.
The kitchen is gas-powered and fully equipped with all the utensils you need to cook just like at home.
There is also a laundry area with a washing machine, iron and ironing board.
For sleeping, there are 3 bedrooms, accessed from the exterior porch located next to the pool.
Two of the bedrooms have a double bed and the other has two single beds.
All of them feature a wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom with a shower for added comfort.
Furthermore, if you are travelling with your baby, we can provide a cot and a high chair.
Andratx is a Mallorcan town located in the west of Mallorca and provides access to the beautiful Serra de Tramuntana.
For this reason, it is a wonderful place for cycling or hiking routes.
In the town you will find all the basic services for an independent stay, such as supermarkets, bars and restaurants, and the sea is very close by.
There are several beaches nearby, including Sant Elm, Camp de Mar and Cala Fonoll.

Alles war wie in foto sehr schon sehr sauber sogar pool wurde in 5 tag noch Mals gereinigt wir habe konnte frisches orangen & Granatäpfel & Klementine von garten nehmen und jede tag frisch gepresste Orangensaft machen und in Andratx gibt es alles und sehr nehe von palma 25 min und chekin und checkout Sehr einfach mit Begrussung
