Located in Borderouge, a new district of Toulouse, this beautiful, brand-new, fully-equipped apartment will be ideal for your business or leisure stay.
You'll be charmed by its elegant decor, its east-facing balcony where you can enjoy the sunrise over breakfast, and its beautiful bedroom with TV and queen-size bed. For your comfort, linen is included, wifi, and your beds are made on arrival. You can also park in the accommodation's private car park!

Located on the 4th floor, accessible by elevator, the 40 m² apartment is laid out as follows:
- Pleasant entrance hall and bright living room with large windows.
- East-facing balcony with outdoor furniture (small table with chairs, chiliennes).
- Fully equipped kitchen area: oven, microwave, fridge, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, etc. Meals can be taken on the dining table.
- A magnificent double bedroom (bed 160) with TV and desk, very bright thanks to its 2 windows.
- Bathroom with bathtub and toilet, with washing machine and dryer.
Neighborhood
Borderouge is first and foremost a new, lively and friendly city center, just a few minutes from the historic center of Toulouse. Most of the district's facilities have now been completed.
It offers all the services, shops, facilities, transport and jobs to meet the needs and desires of residents: a multitude of green spaces, public and private gardens scattered around street corners and in the heart of buildings, pedestrian walkways and bicycle paths converging on the Parc de la Maourine, Toulouse's largest park.
The Green View building is located 500m from the ring road, providing easy access to all Toulouse's industrial and commercial zones (1 to 15 minutes).
On the ground floor of the building you'll find a Carrefour Market, a sandwich shop (Subway), a hair salon (Jean-Claude Aubry), a pharmacy (Happy Pharmacie), a dry-cleaning service (Innovaclean) and a fitness center.
Less than 50m from the building, you'll find bakeries, restaurants, schools, crèches, etc.
