Marked hiking trails in the mountains. 250 m. to marina, 3 boats for rent with GPS/ Lawrence Elite TI2 7-inch chartplotter/sounder/rod holders: • 2x 21-foot Øien 620F with 70 HP Yamaha 4-stroke engines, engine, tilt, electric start, steering console.

On request: A 18-foot Øien 530F with 40 HP Yamaha 4-stroke engine, tilt, electric start, steering console, but only in addition to renatl of the 21 feet boat.

The apartment under the garage is permanently let and is not a nuisance.
