These holiday cottages, The Old Dairy (ref UKC2112) and The Calf Shed (ref UKC2113), are peacefully situated in the grounds of the owners’ farm which is home to sheep and horses.
They are both converted barns which have been renovated to a very high standard.
They have underfloor heating throughout, and a wonderful wood burner to keep you cosy on cooler evenings.
The barns provide an ideal holiday location from which to explore the beautiful countryside of Wiltshire.
Nearby, Royal Wootton Bassett is a market town with a good selection of pubs, shops and restaurants.
With easy access to the M4 it’s an ideal base for exploring the attractions of Wiltshire and beyond, including Avebury Stone Circle, Stonehenge, Silbury Hill, Bowood House and Gardens, Cotswold Water Park, Lacock Abbey, Westonbirt Arboretum, Castle Coombe, The White Horse hill figures and The Marlborough Downs.
Within an hour’s drive you can visit the market town of Marlborough and famous cities of Bath, Bristol, or even Oxford.

fantastic cottage with all you need for a break away. Very warm and comfortable and the hosts couldn't be kinder and helpful. There is everything you need to cater for yourselves and a log burner if you decide you want to be even warmer. We found it warm enough. Everything is very high spec and the bed so very comfortable.

We really loved in the Dairy, it was so comfortable and cosy, had everything we would need. The owner was also friendly and welcoming, and the interior of the cottage was lovely. There is also quite a lot to see in the area, the closest being Avebury. Will go there again happily.

A fantastic cottage in a rural setting. A great place to escape to. Great hosts, super standard of accommodation, we will definitely return. We had three good meals out in Royal Wootton Bassett, Purton Stoke and Hook. If you want to stay in and cook the kitchen is well equipped. Plenty of places within a reasonable driving distance.
