The 85 sqm apartment is divided into two levels and is located in the heart of the historic centre of the Ligurian town.


The inside is organised as follows
- LIVING AREA with open kitchen (stovetop, oven, fridge with freezer, electric kettle, moka and kitchenware), dining table with chairs and sofa bed.

Going up a flight of stairs you can access the upper floor with
- BEDROOM I with double bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe and TV;

- BATHROOM with toilet, bidet, sink and shower box.


Other services available to guests: air conditioning (1 split in each bedroom and 1 split in the bathroom), heating, unlimited WiFi, washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board and hairdryer.


Towels and bed linen included (with optional changes for a fee).


OTHER INFORMATION: Children are welcome in our property; however, please, pay attention to the presence of a flight of stairs (10 steps) between the two floors of the apartment. NO lift.


Upon arrival, the tourist tax of € 1.50 per night per person will be collected in cash for the first five nights of stay (the tax will not be collected for residents and under-12 tourists). All identity documents of the guests must be exhibited on arrival as provided by Italian law.

The apartment is located in the heart of the historic centre of Sarzana, a Ligurian town with a fascinating history. Among the most interesting monuments, it is worth mentioning Pieve di Sant'Andrea, the oldest sacred building in the city dating back to the 10th century; the impressive Cathedral of Santa Maria Assunta; the Municipal Palace, featuring a Renaissance style; and the lovely Teatro degli Impavidi, the only theatre of the city. All these points of interest are within walking distance of the apartment.

In August, the centre of Sarzana hosts "La Soffitta nella strada", an antiques event that brings together hundreds of exhibitors from Italy and abroad and which attracts each year a lot of fans and curious.

In a short time, moreover, it is possible to reach (also through some panoramic paths) the Fortress of Sarzanello, the ancient bishop's palace and the original nucleus of the ancient village of Sarzana, which becomes the centre of many cultural events, including exhibitions and concerts, in summer.

The city features also a strategic position for those who love the sea: the beautiful beaches of Lerici and Marinella di Sarzana are located just a few kilometres from the property.

- The historic center of Sarzana can be easily visited on foot;
