Bright and welcoming studio apartment located in Cernobbio in an elevated position, in a hilly and residential area of the village! The apartment boasts a truly superb lake view: you can admire a unique panorama, which ranges from the swimming pools of Villa d'Este to almost the city of Como! The accommodation is equipped with all the main comforts: quiet and in a sunny position, it is a perfect base for exploring the Lake Como area! * WE SUGGEST YOU TO TRAVEL BY CAR TO THE APARTAMENT DUE TO SHORTAGE OF PUBLIC TRANSPORTS* The apartment is divided into living and sleeping area and has a sunny balcony with table and chairs! It is located on the first floor (WITHOUT elevator) of a small building.
At guests' disposal there are: double sofa bed, TV, independent heating and AC split.
The kitchen (separated from the living area) is equipped with a gas hob, fridge, freezer, traditional oven and dishwasher.
Toilet with bidet and shower box.
Assigned private outdoor parking on the street Unlimited WIFI, but NOT high-speed wifi.
NO washing machine.
All the identity documents of the residents must be shown on arrival as required by Italian law.

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax equal to 1 euro per person up to 7 nights from April 1st to October 31st, as requested by the Municipality of Cernobbio.
Children under 12 are exempt.
We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.
