We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of Savines-le-Lac, this charming flat, with sight lake, with a surface of 42 m ² and being able to accomodate to six travellers. Located on the 1st floor (without lift), it consists of a nice living room, an open plan kitchen, a nice bedroom, a bathroom and a balcony with a clear view on the lake of Serre-Ponçon. Cleaning included, we are waiting for you!
The flat is ideally located in Savines-le-Lac, in a very pleasant environment. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops.
The flat is composed as follows
- a living room with a TV, a sofa bed and a dining area.
- An open plan kitchen equipped with electric kettle, hood, toaster, microwave, oven, hob, dishwasher, filter coffee machine, washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge with freezer space...
- A mezzanine with a double sofa bed.
- a bedroom with a double bed (140×190) and a single bed.
- a bathroom with a bathtub.
- a separate toilet.
For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: a tumble dryer, a clotheshorse, hangers and a HiFi system.
By booking this flat, you can enjoy the following facilities during your stay:
- a balcony terrace of 8 m² with furniture to enjoy the nice days with the view on the lake.
