We are offering this pleasant single-storey house for rent in the town of Lorgues, ideal for holidays with family or friends. With a surface area of 100 m² and accommodating up to 9 guests, it has a jacuzzi and a private pontoon offering direct access to the river for a refreshing swim or a canoe trip.
It comprises a beautiful 40 m² living area, a fully equipped kitchen, two comfortable bedrooms and a bathroom. You will also have access to a garden of around 1,000 m² and a large, fully furnished terrace where you can enjoy the outdoors.

The accommodation is laid out as follows:
Living area:
- A spacious 40 m² living room with a large TV (146 cm), two sofa beds (double beds), table football, billiards and a dining area.
- A fully equipped kitchen with: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, Nespresso pod coffee machine, etc.
Sleeping area:
- Bedroom 1: one queen-size bed (160×200).
- Bedroom 2: one double bed (140×190) and one single bed.
- One bathroom with bathtub, accessible from bedroom 1.
- Two separate WCs.
Outside:
- A separate room with a jacuzzi (available from April to the end of October), which can accommodate up to 4 people.
- A pretty enclosed garden of around 1,000 m², with a summer lounge, sun loungers, table tennis, boules, darts, wooden skittles, etc.
- A terrace of approximately 50 m², facing south and west, equipped with outdoor furniture to fully enjoy sunny days.
- Access to a private pontoon leading directly to the Argens river, for swimming or relaxing by the water in a peaceful natural setting.
For even more comfort, the owners provide:
Barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, fan, iron and ironing board.
Location:
The house is located in a quiet hamlet less than 10 minutes from the centre of Lorgues, in a green, wooded area by the river. Nearby, you will find all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a renowned Provençal market.
Activities:
- On site: swimming, canoeing and kayaking on the Argens river, cycling...
Nearby:
- The commune of Lorgues is surrounded by numerous wine estates (AOC Côtes-de-Provence), cellars, châteaux and the famous Cellier des Lorguians.
- Hiking or cycling in the region, swimming in the surrounding rivers and lakes.
- The Verdon and the Mediterranean are about a 45-minute drive away.
- Tourist sites to discover: Lorgues (medieval village), Cotignac, Entrecasteaux, Thoronet Abbey...
- About 45 minutes from the sea (Fréjus, Saint-Raphaël, Saint-Aygulf), 50 km from Saint-Tropez, 1 hour from Cannes or Antibes, 1 hour 30 minutes from Nice.
- Sports activities: water sports centre, tree climbing, horse riding, walking, lakes and waterfalls (Sillans-la-Cascade, Caramy Falls, Carcès, Le Val, etc.) .
- Every Tuesday: the largest Provençal market in the region is held in Lorgues.
