A €50 damage waiver is included in the rental price to help you enjoy a peaceful stay. The waiver provides a limited damage cover in case of any damage to the property or its contents (except in the case of deliberate or reckless acts) up to the value of €1,500. Above €1,500, claims will be made to recoup the extra charges incurred to repair any damage. Please enquire if you wish to know more information.

Yes. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.

For those who require pool heating, there will be an additional charge of €165 per week (to be paid with balance). This extra is only available on request, and with prior arrangement before arrival. Please note that like all heated pools, pool heating and water temperature are reliant on weather and outside temperatures.

The property manager has advised that the cost of tourist tax for this villa will be 56 EUR and will be collected by the property manager prior to arrival.
