Old house dating from 1900, located in a hamlet near another gîte in the heart of the Marais Poitevin.
Ground floor: living/dining room (fireplace, telephone), kitchen, shower room, toilet, storage room.
First floor: bathroom/toilet, 4 bedrooms (1 double bed in each).
Wi-Fi.
Enclosed landscaped garden of 250 m² (garden furniture, barbecue, electric griddle), ping-pong table, pétanque court.
Rowboat available, fishing on site.
Bicycles for hire.
Optional extras: End-of-stay cleaning: €65/stay (for companies: €80/stay); Bed linen rental (1 or 2 people): €12/bed/stay; Towel rental: €8/person/stay.
Additional charges: Tourist tax.
Electric heating: meter reading (minus 8 kWh per day for standard consumption) - The owner provides firewood (recommended price based on €50 to €70 per stere).
The first fire is free, then €5 per wheelbarrow: payable on site.

Grande maison au calme dans le marais

Le logement est dans un hameau, au milieu du marais vendéen, au calme.
Il est spacieux. Les lits sont confortables.
Un très bon gâteau avait été déposé par la propriétaire à notre intention.
Il nous a été demandé de libérer les lieux le dimanche à 10h, ce qui fait tôt pour un séjour d'un week-end.

Joli cottage au cœur des marais. Idéal pour quelques jours en pleine nature. On peut se promener le long des marais pendant des heures ou y faire de la barque
