"My Country House" is located very close to Lake Lavalette and the longest Himalayan footbridge in France.
Nestled among valleys, hidden streams, small villages, and hiking trails, it has it all! All shops, services, and markets are available on Thursday mornings in Yssingeaux (7 minutes away).
This stone cottage is situated in a hamlet of five houses.
Here you will find peace and quiet, unspoiled nature, and the sound of birdsong to wake you.
Designed and rebuilt to create lasting holiday memories, it perfectly fulfills its purpose! You won't be able to resist the warm atmosphere of the living room, with its bay windows offering views of the surrounding countryside and its charming wood-burning stove.
The bedrooms, with their varied layouts, are well-suited to the needs of groups.
You will fall in love with the perfectly situated terrace, the surrounding grounds, and the tranquility of the location.
And if you're still unsure, on foot, by bike, or by car, all sorts of activities and leisure pursuits are accessible from Le Villaret.
This cottage is a memory-making machine! The ground floor comprises a living room opening onto the terrace, a double bedroom with an en-suite shower room, a toilet, and a storage room.
Upstairs, a lounge area with a TV leads to three bedrooms (one with three single beds, another with two single beds, and the last with a double bed and an alcove with a bunk bed), a shower room, and a toilet.
Outside, you have access to a secure 50m² outbuilding for your bikes or other equipment.
Included services: electricity and geothermal heating, internet access.
Firewood Additional charges: Cleaning fee: €100 Single bed linen: €11 Double bed linen: €13 Towels: €6 Pet supplement: €5 per night per pet Confirm arrival time with the owners.
Optional services payable on site and to be booked before arrival: - Pets: €5.00 per day - Towels: €6.38 per person per stay Property managed by a professional.

Une maison où il fait bon vivre, faite de différentes pierres. Un accueil chaleureux. Des hôtes à l'écoute, si on a le moindre souci. Un lieu magnifique. Il y a tout pour passer de belles vacances entre amis. La maison est bien située pour passer des vacances au calme tout en étant près des commerces et des lieux à visiter dans cette très belle région qu'est la Haute-Loire. Je la recommande.

Tout est très bien organisé, les hôtes sont d’une très grande gentillesse et de bons conseils, ils ont mis aussi pleins de flyers pour les visites dans la maison.
Ils sont très réactifs et attentionnés. Nous avons passé une excellente semaine.
Peut être une ou deux chaises longues sur la terrasse.
