We arrived at was really happy with the location and the surroundings of the lodge. On entrance we were shocked at the space and the set up it was lovely, the welcome pack was a nice touch and maverick loaded the doggy bits. The local pub the shovels had a lovely atmosphere and very dog friendly. All in all I would highly recommend

Really nice lodge and would definitely go back, would be 5 star but found beds slightly uncomfortable. Lovely area enjoyed the ducks and swans swimming round the lodge

Could not ask for more the only small criticism and this is personal being a lite sleeper it's just a little close to the road otherwise can't fault
