This modern 1-bedroom Palazzo apartment for 4 guests offers an absolute lake-view setting with a private balcony/terrace in Porto Letizia! Internally, the apartment enjoys a cosy, open-plan living room complemented with furnishings like a double sofa bed and a modern kitchen diner for 4.
The master double bedroom has a double bed or twin joinable beds.
A modern fitted bathroom suite with a bathtub/shower box completes the layout of this welcoming holiday retreat.
Guests will find the apartment easily reachable by lift.

Das Haus dürfte leider erst ab dem 15.10. beheizt werden
Prima Wohnung in toller Lage mit unbezahlbarem Ausblick. :)

Vom Anfang bis Ende hat alles super geklappt. Der Check in super schnell und sehr unkompliziert. Die Wohnung war prima ausgestattet und sauber. Die Aussicht einfach megaschön. Sogar die Betten waren groß genug und bequem. Wir hatten auch das Glück, außerhalb der Saison zu sein, von daher war das Haus nicht voll und deshalb war es auch ruhig.
Wenn viel los ist, kann es vom Platz her etwas laut sein. Unten sind ja Restaurants, die zwar die Musik zu einer guten Zeit ausmachen, aber die Leute bleiben gerne noch sitzen oder vorne am Wasser und reden noch lange. Wen das stört, da wäre dann eine andere Unterkunft besser. Ansonsten wirklich super.

Der erste Eindruck bei der Ankunft war beunruhigend, da das Gebäude von außen nicht sonderlich einladend aussieht.
Die Wohnung selbst war allerdings TOP.
Toll wäre ein Abstellraum für Fahrräder und SUP im EG.
Alles in allem ein prima Aufenthalt.
