This single-storey semi-detached house of approximately 55 m² consists of an entrance leading to a hallway that opens onto a 30 m² private courtyard, a living room equipped with a flat-screen TV, and a fully fitted kitchenette with a four-burner electric stove, an oven, a microwave, a filter coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster, a refrigerator with freezer compartment, a dishwasher, and a washing machine.
It also features a bedroom with a 140 cm bed and two 90 cm bunk beds, with direct access to the outside, as well as a shower room with a shower and a separate toilet.
For young children, travel light: you will find on site a travel cot, two booster seats, a toilet training seat, a baby bath, a potty, and two children’s garden chairs.
GARDEN FURNITURE - BARBECUE - PUBLIC PARKING AVAILABLE DIRECTLY IN FRONT OF THE HOUSE To be paid 1 week before your arrival at the latest: * A security deposit « Lodging » only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental.
This bank authorisation will be lifted by us within one month after the end of the rental period.
This period may be extended to three months if the restoration requires the intervention of an external company. * A "Household" security deposit only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental.
The premises must be left perfectly clean.
If necessary, if all the household chores have not been entirely or correctly carried out, the « Household » security deposit will be retained. * The tourist tax can be paid by credit card by phone, bank transfer or cheque. * The optional services.
For calm and relaxing vacation, the agency offers the following services (to be booked and paid in advance) : * Baby chair : 15 € per stay within the limits of available stock * Wifi Minibox Wifi : 7,90 € per day or 39,90 € per week within the limits of available stock * Linen (bedding - bath - kitchen): contact us directly Cleaning service not included in the price of the stay and not proposed by the agency.
