This charming 21 m² air-conditioned apartment in Bandol, 400 m from the sea, can accommodate up to 2 people.
Located on the first floor, it comprises an attractive 15 m² living room with fully-equipped kitchen, a bathroom (with shower) and a 24 m² garden.
Wifi, bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you ! The accommodation comprises - A living room with a foldaway bed (140X200), TV, dining area and air-conditioning. - A fully-equipped kitchen including : multi-capsule espresso coffee machine, electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hob... - Separate entrance for a cot - A bathroom with shower and WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment : electric barbecue, washing machine, cot.
Outside : - 16 m² enclosed garden facing south-east - A 9 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.
The apartment is ideally located in Bandol, in a very pleasant environment.
You'll benefit from close proximity to all essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
Activities : - Coastal path for walking and hiking. - Tennis court 900 m away - Beach 400 m away : diving and water sports - La Frégate golf course 5km away - Port, market and center of Bandol - Boat trips : departure from Marseille calanques and Hyére islands 2km away.
Transportation : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the apartment's private parking lot.
For other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful : - City bus in season / Gravier mer stop 350 m away - Nearest train station : Bandol (2 km) - Nearest airport : Toulon Hyère (43 km); Marseille Marignane (74 km) Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels included - Free WiFi available - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation. - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparation of accommodation for future visitors.
