YOUR APARTMENT : For your skiing holidays or to spend your summer in Arc 1800, book this duplex, 3-room apartment with a South-West facing balcony.
This 56 sq-m apartment can accommodate up to 8 guests and is situated on the 4th floor of a the residence, Aiguille Grive 1, residence with a lift.
The sleeping arrangements : An alcove in the entrance with a set of bunk beds and a trundle bed (80).
On the 1st floor: A first closed bedroom with 1 double bed. (Bed in 160).
A second bedroom overlooking the living-room with a set of bunk beds and a trundle bed (80).
Please note that the upper bed is not suitable for children under 6 years old.
A third bedroom with 2 single beds (2x80).
The toilets : Located upstairs, you will find 2 bathrooms, one with a bath and one with shower and WC.
You will also find a second separate toilet on the lower floor.
The open plan kitchen : Fully equipped with an oven, an fridge, a dishwasher, a toaster, a kettle, a coffee maker and a microwave.
The additionnal facilities : A TV in the living-room.
A washing machine.
WIFI access.
Others Animals are allowed.
During the winter, the car parks are compulsory and fee-paying.
Bed linen is included but not in summer or shorts stays Optional services to be paid on site and to be booked before your arrival: .

THE RESIDENCE AIGUILLE GRIVE I It’s located in the Charmettoger’s village, at the bottom of the « Charmettoger » blue slope and at 3 minutes by foot from the Transarc gondola.
A covered car park "Charmettoger" (additional charges) is available at 20 meters as well as the stop bus.
The shuttle buses are free during the winter and the summer and circulate every 20 minutes in the winter and every hour in the summer.
At the bottom of the residence, you will find a bakery.
The nearest supermarket and ESF ski school are situated at 7 minutes by foot, in the Villards’ area.
You'll also reach the medical center and the Tourism Office about 20 minutes' walk or with the shuttle bus.

L’emplacement, la fonctionnalité de l’appartement, le calme
Pas de place de parking , il a fallu attendre qu’une place se libère ds la rue attenante pour pouvoir y mettre notre véhicule, et ce , sur une place non officielle ! Et le prix exorbitant pour une semaine !!!

la plaque de cuisson électrique qui doit dater de la construction de l’immeuble …pour le prix demandé c’est moyen …
Je pense qu’une modernisation serait nécessaire.
Nous avons aimé la situation géographique qui permettait de chausser les skis au pied de l’immeuble …
L’ensoleillement de l’apparteme...
