The heart of the cottage is the sprawling kitchen/dining room.
This spacious area is designed to accommodate large gatherings, ensuring that moments shared over meals become cherished memories.
For the teenagers seeking their own retreat, a dedicated games room awaits.
The adjacent snug features a comforting wood burner. On the first floor, a second living area welcomes guests with open arms.
Illuminated by the soft glow of a wood burner, this room offers a generous space for relaxation and conversation.
The bifold doors seamlessly connect the indoor space to the outdoor, allowing for an effortless transition to the garden and inviting the beauty of nature inside.
The garden features carefully positioned seating and dining areas on each of its levels, providing intimate spaces for you to unwind. There are beautiful beaches close by- Summer Beach and Porthcurnick are within 3 miles with Portscatho beach a little further.
Spend the day at St Mawes and catch a boat trip from the harbour or wander over to St Mawes Castle.
This is an Area of Outstanding Natural beauty, visit the sub-tropical gardens at Lamorran Gardens where you can admire the exotic tree specimens, or wander around the majestic St Just in Roseland Church.
The King Harry Ferry is a vehicular chain ferry that crosses the Carrick Roads and connects the Roseland with Feock, Truro and Falmouth.
A fun trip for everyone, it avoids the congested roads providing a slow relaxing crossing. The city of Cornwall Truro is 6 miles away, dominated by the large gothic style Cathedral, the city is a hive of entertainment and culture with cobbled streets offering individual shops, cafés, bars and restaurants.
