Ideal for 2 people, it is perfect for a romantic getaway or a tourist stay.
Located on the 2ᵉ floor with lift, you will enjoy an unobstructed view of the square and the Ill, to take full advantage of the lively atmosphere of the city.
The accommodation is composed as follows: - A bright lounge area with TV, sofa, dining table for 2 and coffee table - A fully-equipped kitchen with microwave, hob, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, fridge and cooking utensils - A comfortable sleeping area with double bed - Bathroom with bath, washbasin, toilet and washing machine - Additional equipment: hairdryer, iron and ironing board.
The studio is located on the Place Benjamin Zix, a lively district where restaurants, bars and shops rub shoulders.
You can easily explore Strasbourg on foot: - Place Kléber 5 minutes' walk away - Aubette shopping centre, 5 minutes on foot - Notre-Dame de Strasbourg cathedral 10 minutes on foot - Central railway station in 10 minutes on foot - Place des Halles 10 min walk Public transport : - Homme de Fer" pay car park 200 m away - Langstross Grand'Rue" tramway 2 minutes' walk away Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels included - Free Wifi available - Pets not allowed in the accommodation - The accommodation is not easily accessible for people with reduced mobility.
Access to the accommodation is from 4pm.
You will be given a set of keys, to be collected from a key dispenser located in the SAS of the Cocoonr Strasbourg agency, about 4 minutes' walk from the studio.
On site, you will be accompanied by the Cocoonr Strasbourg team, the agency specialising in "ready-to-live-in" rentals, who will be on hand throughout your stay to help you make the most of it.

Le 52 Zix Die Wohnung ist sauber, nett und toll gelegen. Einziger Nachteil an der Lage mitten in der Stadt: Draußen ist es sehr laut, und zwar ab 5 Uhr morgens bis 1 Uhr nachts. Die Fenster halten viel von dem Lärm ab, aber es ist unmöglich, bei geöffnetem Fenster zu schlafen - bei 30°C im Juli leider stickig und ungemütlich. Zu jeder anderen Zeit würde ich gern wiederkommen.

Brilliant location, very central and lovely sunny, morning view from windows. Comfy bed and good decor. Two excellent bistros - L'Oignons and La Corde on doorstep.
Couldn't get the wifi to work and was drain smell in kitchen/fridge but would still recommend.

Le 52 Zix o apartamento fica na Little France, um excelente bairro e onde é possível fazer todos os pontos turísticos a pé. muitos bares e restaurantes legais por perto. Lavanderia e supermercado também bem perto do apartamento.
