You will be immediately captivated by its 40m² terrace, its premium beachfront location, and its panoramic sea view.
It's a true little paradise to enjoy Trouville life and discover our beautiful region.
The apartment is arranged over two floors and can accommodate up to 8 people.
After 2 small steps giving you access to the apartment, on the ground floor you will find: - a large living/dining room with direct access to the terrace offering breathtaking views of the beach and the sea. - a beautiful open kitchen fully equipped with a stove, oven, refrigerator, coffee machine, and all the necessary equipment to cook good meals with family or friends. - 1 master suite Upstairs: - 3 bedrooms with new bedding (2 are equipped with double beds, one with an attached bathroom and 1 bedroom equipped with single beds in 90x200cm) - 2 bathrooms with Italian showers The residence is located in a quiet area, just steps away from the famous Black Rocks.
The place is full of history, and we will not fail to reveal its secrets to you upon your arrival :) Available for you: bed and bath linens, free WiFi, iron and ironing board, washing machine, dishwasher, etc...
Please note that breakfast is not included in the rental.
