Information about the host The vacation apartment is located in the granny apartment of a more than 100 years old villa.
The apartment with its own entrance is located on the second floor and is accessible via an external staircase.
On a floor space of 60 square meters everything is available what is needed for a nice vacation.
You can expect a lovingly furnished apartment with fully equipped kitchen, separate bathroom incl. bathtub with towels, an additional sofa bed, flat screen satellite TV and free Wi-Fi, as well as a private garden with lounge and deck chairs.
Environment description The Old Villa is located near the center of Traunstein.
The train station can be reached on foot in 15 minutes, the city center in another five minutes.
Salzburg and Rosenheim can be reached by car in about 30 minutes.
In the immediate vicinity is the Bavarian Sea, the Chiemsee.
Berchtesgaden with Königssee and Watzmann can be easily reached in 45 minutes.
In the "neighborhood" are Ruhpolding, Inzell and Reit im Winkl, attractive destinations in summer and winter.
