In the commune of Longué-Jumelles, the Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offer you this charming, refurbished, south-facing, air-conditioned 100 m² house for rent, which can accommodate up to 10 travelers. It features an attractive living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms and two bathrooms. You'll also enjoy a 700 m² garden ! Wi-Fi (fiber optics), sheets and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation is composed as follows :
First floor :
- 35 m² living room with sofa, 2-seater double sofa-bed, armchairs, decorative fireplace and bread oven, TV
- Open-plan kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, hood, toaster, dishwasher, fridge, hob... dining area and access to terrace
- Bathroom with shower, WC and heated towel rail
- Laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board...
First floor:
- Bedroom 1: a double bed (140×190) and a BZ (140×190)
- Bedroom 2: two single beds (90×190)
- Bedroom 3: two single beds (90×190)
- Bathroom with heated towel rail
- Separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.
Exterior:
- A lovely 700 m² private enclosed garden
- A small courtyard of 400 m² at the front of the house, where you can park your car.
- A 28 m², north-west-facing terrace with garden furniture, parasol and barbecue to make the most of fine weather
- Petanque court (4×12 m)
The house is ideally located in Longué-Jumelles, in a peaceful and very pleasant environment. Enjoy the charm of this country hamlet and the rich flora and fauna of the surrounding national forest. What's more, you'll find all the essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and a lively local market nearby. The towns of Saumur are 20 minutes away, Angers 30 minutes and Tours 40 minutes, offering quick and convenient access to these popular destinations. A85 freeway access 5 km away.

- State forests, ideal for walks or bike rides on the voie verte.
- Discover local producers: beekeepers, pork butchers, market gardeners, etc.
- In the immediate vicinity of the famous Loire castles and the Loire Valley, including mushroom beds and vineyards.
