The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming 40 m² flat in Bénodet, with a sea view and less than a kilometer from the Coq beach, can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the ground floor, it comprises a pretty living room, a fitted kitchen, two sleeping areas and a shower room. There's also a 200 m² garden ! Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels included - we're waiting for you!
The accommodation includes :
- A 20 m² living room with a sofa, a sleeping area with a queen-size bed (160×200), access to the terrace, TV.
- A fully-equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- A second sleeping area with a bunk bed (sleeps 2, 90×190)
- A bathroom with shower and WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine and tumble dryer, cot, fan.
Outside:
- A 10 m² south-west-facing terrace with table and chairs
- An enclosed, shared 200 m² garden with furniture for enjoying fine weather.
The flat is ideally located in Bénodet, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Activities :
The bay of Bénodet is ideal for all kinds of maritime activities.
- Local thalassotherapy extends the benefits of this marine environment. With the beach right in front of the property, the proximity of the Glénan islands offers unforgettable opportunities for visits from the port of Bénodet. - Walks along the estuary to the marina or to Le Letty stretch for several kilometers. If you want to discover Sainte Marine, a charming fishing village marking the start of the Pays Bigouden, there's no better way to cross than by ferry.
- A drink on the terrace of the Alhambra while watching the boats struggle against the current to pass the ‘Coq’ is a perfect introduction to an evening at the casino in Bénodet.
- The towns of Quimper, Concarneau and Pont-l'Abbé, easily reached by bus, are also packed with varied sites of interest.

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat's private car park (1 vehicle).

- Bus 41 from Quimper station to Bénodet town centre
- Nearest train station: Quimper, about 17 km away (25 min by car)
- Nearest airport: Quimper, about 19 km (21 min by car)
