Located on the 2ᵉ floor (with lift), it consists of a lovely bright living room, a separate kitchen, a bedroom and a shower room. The flat offers you all the comfort you need to discover our town, as part of a business or tourist stay.

The dwelling consists of :
- A comfortable living room with a sofa bed (140x200), a coffee table, TV, Wifi
- A kitchen equipped with: microwave oven, dishwasher, hob...
- One bedroom with 1 double bed (140x200) Composed of one bed frame and two mattresses.
- A separate toilet

For even more comfort, the owners decided to invest in the following complementary equipment: washing machine, table and iron.

Cleaning is included in the rental and 4* hotel quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels), your bed will be prepared on arrival.

Neighbourhood :
You can enjoy close to all the essential shops, but also shops, restaurants, bars, market... Guests can easily reach the famous Graslin Square, the Katorza Cinema which offers arthouse films and the Natural History Museum. The chocolate factory Vincent Guerlais is a few minutes walk and will undoubtedly delight your taste.

- To do this, we will need some additional elements (identity card, insurance, proof)
- Unfortunately, without a formal contract, we will not be able to provide you with access to housing.

You will be greeted on site by a person from our team who will present you this apartment, its operation and give you the keys.
