Positive:
L'espace extérieur, le parking sécurisé au pied du logement, les équipements dans le logement, lit confortable, à proximité de la plage à pied. Le calme de la résidence.
Negative:
Un petit peu loin de l'animation du centre et des rues piétonnes pour le faire à pied, très fréquenté, difficile de trouver à se garer ...

Positive:
L'accès par la petite cour était assez agréable pour nos nombreux déplacements avec nos animaux.
Negative:
Un langue certain de l'accueil, ni café ni thé pour notre arrivée cela ce fait beaucoup ailleurs.
Pas de grille pain, ustensiles de mauvaise qualité. Une literie qui mérite d'être rénové.
