Located in a small quiet hamlet in the heart of the Regional Natural Park of Chartreuse on a plot of 5000 m2. La Chouette Parenthèse has been renovated by us with ecological materials (insulation, paints, oils & coatings). For the summer you will have 2 private terraces. On the ground floor you will enjoy the large living room-kitchen & its lounge area with the traditional exposed framework. Library, DVD library (150 DVDs), multimedia space for music and films (no TV channel,) many games for young and old.

On the spot discovery walk of wild plants depending on the season, bird watching, loans of various wooden games made by the owner. Varied maps and documentation to discover the Chartreuse massif. Many hiking and mountain biking routes start from the gîte.
10 minutes walk from the village center by a small path you will find small shops and restaurants, Trail Station, Wellness area, downhill skiing: 800m. Swimming pool & Pump-track, 15 mins walk. Nearby: Nordic skiing, Grande Chartreuse Museum, Paladru & Aiguebelette lakes, RivierAlp leisure centre, Grottes de St Christophe... Gîte located on the top level of the owners' house with independent access and adjoining private terraces.
