Nestling on the 1st floor of 1 secure residence with swimming pool, 150m from the beach, we've renovated our Tropical Duplex in our own image to share our world with you!
On the south side, facing the sea, you'll enjoy a pretty covered terrace.
On the north side, you'll love the view of the Etang d'Ingril and its pink flamingos!

Air-conditioned living room with fitted kitchen, 2P sofa bed (Simmons 140x200 mattress) and 2 bunk beds (90x190 15cm mattress).
Large south-facing covered terrace with small sea views.
First floor
Large air-conditioned master bedroom (bed 140x200) with a splendid view of Etang d'Ingril and its colonies of pink flamingos.
A bathroom with a 90x90 shower and 1 separate WC.

SUMMER: RESERVATIONS FROM SUNDAY TO SUNDAY (minimum 7 nights)

Self-catering arrival (key box) from 3pm.
Departure at 10am.
Inventory of fixtures to be made together before your departure.

Large secure swimming pool reserved for residents, open from 15/06 to 15/09.
Swimming pool supervised by a lifeguard in July and August.
Private access to the beach (150 m away) via a digital code gate.

Cot and booster seat provided at no extra charge.
Pets are not allowed.
Strictly non-smoking accommodation.
