The residential building "le Hameau" is located on the 2nd floor of the ski resort of Les Collons, near the ski lifts, a sports store, ski school, pizzeria and restaurants.
The building enjoys a quiet and peaceful location.
It faces east and offers a magnificent view of the Val d'Hérens.
The swimming pool and sauna of the residence are available to all tenants.
The building has an elevator, a common laundry room with washing machine and dryer, and a large ski room with a locker per apartment.
There is a possibility to rent a parking space in the underground garage. Studio of 45 m2 for 4 to 5 people.
Entrance with a fold-out bunk bed.
Living room with double folding bed, sofa bed for one person, cable TV and DVD/Blueray player, dining area.
Kitchen with 4-burner stove, oven, filter coffee maker, small refrigerator.
Shower and WC.
Balcony overlooking the forest and the valley. Pets are not allowed. Final cleaning: included. « Standard » cleaning.
A supplement can be charged in case of abuse. Kitchen linens: included. Bath linen: included. Tourist tax: excluded.
