##Space Located in the heart of the famous marinas of Deauville and completely renovated, this superb apartment will charm you with its terrace overlooking the Deauville marina and its contemporary decoration.
The location is ideal for those who wish to enjoy the charm of Deauville while being in a peaceful environment (2 minutes walk from the beach, 5 minutes from the city center and the casino).
Arranged on three levels (triplex) and with a maximum capacity of 6 people, the apartment is composed as follows: On the lower level: - A beautiful living room equipped with a Smart TV, opening onto a lovely terrace with garden furniture.
The terrace offers a magnificent view of the marina and the casino; - A fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, etc.) open onto a dining area for 4 guests.
On the first level: - A first bedroom with a Queen Size bed (160 x 200 cm) overlooking the inner courtyard of the Marina; - A high-quality Murphy bed in 140x200 cm (see photo illustration). - A shower room with a spacious walk-in shower.
On the second level: An attic bedroom with a Queen Size bed (160x200cm), as well as a water area.
Please note that access is via a slightly steep staircase.
For parking, we can provide you with a badge allowing access to a collective parking.
Please note that the spaces are not nominative, and we cannot guarantee availability systematically.
Provided for your convenience: Bed linen and towels, free WiFi, iron and ironing board, washing machine, dishwasher, etc...
Note: Breakfast is not included in the rental.

La chambre d’en haut est trop étroite mais propre à l’intérieur, pas conseillé pour le personne grande de taille.
