The Cocoonr/Bookandpay agency offers this charming 18 m² apartment for rent in Plan Peisey, Peisey-Nancroix, with a mountain view and ski resort within walking distance.
It can accommodate up to 4 people.
Located on the first floor, it comprises an attractive living room, a fully-equipped kitchen and a bathroom (with shower). Wifi (fiber optic) included, we're waiting for you! The accommodation comprises - A living room with TV, double sofa bed... - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob... - Sleeping area with 2 bunk beds (80x185) - Bathroom with shower and WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron. Exterior: - A 7 m² terrace to enjoy the warm weather The apartment is ideally located in Peisey-Nancroix, in a very pleasant environment.
You'll benefit from close proximity to all the essential stores as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market... Activities : - Skiing, snowshoeing, cross-country skiing... - All snow-related activities. - Summer: hiking, tennis, pétanque, volleyball... Transportation : If you choose to come by car, free parking is available close to the accommodation. For other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful: - Nearest train station: Landry SNCF station, approx. 18 min by car. - Nearest airport: Lyon-Saint-Exupéry airport, about 2 hours 14 minutes by car. Other remarks : - Free WiFi available (fiber optics) - Pets are allowed free of charge in the accommodation (one pet per stay). - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at extra cost (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site).
