The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming 180 m² house with private swimming pool for rent in Erquy, France, which can accommodate up to 12 guests. It features an attractive 100 m² living room (with fireplace), a fully-equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, two bathrooms and a 1,500 m² garden. Wifi (fiber optics) included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
Basement:
- Bedroom 1: with a bunk bed (sleeps 2), a second bunk bed (sleeps 3) and a single bed
- Shower room with shower
- Separate WC
Ground floor:
- Private heated indoor swimming pool, 10m x 4.5m, open from April to October
- 100 m² living room with TV, fireplace (wood supplied as an extra), sofas
- Fully-equipped kitchen including : electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob and dining area
- Separate WC
- Veranda with dining area
First floor:
- Bedroom 2: with queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 3: with queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 4: with a double bed (140×190)
- A bathroom with bathtub
- A separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- A lovely 1,500 m² garden, enclosed and private
- A 60 m² south-facing terrace, with furniture to enjoy the sunny days
The house is ideally located in Erquy, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential stores, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets...
Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private parking lot (up to 5 vehicles).
As for other means of transport, here is some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: Lamballe approx. 25 min away
- Nearest airport: Rennes approx. 1h30 away
Other remarks:
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at an additional cost (rental and payment to be made with our local partner). Prices given are indicative and subject to change by our partner
- All children's swimming is under the responsibility of a parent. Opening dates non-contractual and subject to weather conditions
- Pets accepted, for a supplement of €15/stay (only one pet accepted), please specify when booking.
- Free Wifi available (fiber optics)
- Fireplace is functional, wood can be supplied at extra cost
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparation of accommodation for future visitors. Please leave in a clean and tidy condition and clean appliances after use
- Arrival and departure outside the times indicated are subject to availability of the receptionist. To ensure that your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, this accommodation is managed in partnership with the Book&Pay team (ad management and reservations service) and a local concierge.
