On the ground floor there’s a bedroom with boxspring double bed (can be separated), SmartTV (Netflix subscription included), washing machine, bathroom with shower and toilet.
On the first floor there’s a fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, combi oven-microwave, refrigerator with freezer and a 4-burner induction hob.
Also an airconditioner (split-unit), dining table with 4 chairs, a cosy living with a couch and 50” SmartTV (Netflix subscription included) and a loft (folding Vlizo) ladder to your private roof terrace is on the first floor.
The roofterras is provided with furniture (6 chairs and 2 tables), a patio heater, nebulizer (for n the summer), electric sunscreen and the terras can be lit at night.
The house has fast WiFi (250mbit).
In connection with the location please take the neighborhoods into account and for protection there is a security camera outside the house

Ein Wochenende in Breda bei herrlichem Sonnenschein und lebendiger Stadt, gute Parkmöglichkeit, perfekte Unterkunft. Wir hatten Spaß, besser geht`s nicht.

A little smaller than pictures had led us to believe but my wife and I very much enjoyed staying in this homely place for a week.
