Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers you this beautiful air-conditioned flat for rent in La Turbie, with a breathtaking view of the sea and mountains. With a surface area of 62 m², it can accommodate up to 5 travelers. Located on the 2nd floor (with lift), it comprises an attractive 25 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms (with shower). Wifi (fiber optic), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
- 25 m² living room with TV, sofa and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Bedroom 1: with 1 king-size bed (180×200) and private bathroom (with shower and WC)
- Bedroom 2: with 1 bunk bed (sleeps 3)
- A second bathroom with shower and WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.
Exterior:
- A 23 m² balcony with a splendid sea view, and furniture to enjoy the sunny days.
The flat is ideally located in La Turbie, in a very pleasant environment. You'll benefit from proximity to all essential stores, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
Transport :
- If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the garage of the accommodation (one space). Public parking is also available 50 m away.
For other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: Monaco, approx. 3 km away
- Nearest airport: Nice, approx. 20 km
