The 1st floor has two bedrooms, each with two single beds 90 x 200 cm (can be joined to form a double bed). Bathroom with shower, washbasin and WC.
2nd floor: On this floor is the main entrance to the chalet with an anteroom and the bright living/dining area. This has a Scandinavian wood-burning stove with a viewing window (pellets), sofas and beanbags as well as a Smart TV. The large table in the dining area seats 12 people comfortably. The modern, open-plan kitchen is very well equipped. There is also a bathroom with shower, washbasin and WC. On the terrace there is a sauna cabin for 2 people and an outdoor whirlpool for 4 people. The balcony is south-facing.
There are three bedrooms on the 3rd floor: two double bedrooms with a double bed (160 x 200 cm), one of which has a balcony. They share a bathroom with shower and washbasin. Separate WC. A further bedroom with two single beds 90 x 200 cm (can be joined to form a double bed) and bunk bed 90 x 200 cm; en-suite bathroom with shower, washbasin and WC.

Each bathroom is equipped with a hairdryer. All beds are 2 metres long. Ski locker at the entrance; electric ski boot dryer in the anteroom. Free private parking for one car directly at the chalet; free public car park approx. 50 m away. A charging station for an electric car is available (for a fee).

Privileged location in the centre of the traditional village of Peisey, close to restaurants, bars, supermarket, bakery and butcher (~100 to ~300 m from the chalet). An exclusive holiday quality: skiing in the mega ski area - living in a traditional, cosy mountain village, with a correspondingly high quality of life.

Altitude of chalet 1,350 m; altitude of ski area up to 3,250 m, with the two glaciers Bellecôte and Aiguille Rouge. The Lonzagne lift, approx. 450 m from the chalet, leads to the heart of the Peisey - Les Arcs - Paradiski ski area and offers access to 425 km of pistes. The seamlessly connected ski area comprises 140 lifts in the areas of Les Arcs and La Plagne. This makes it one of the most attractive and extensive ski areas in the world. The ski season runs from around the beginning of December to the end of April. Peisey is part of the Les Arcs ski area, which opens up limitless possibilities for all ski and snowboard enthusiasts with descents of up to 2,000 metres in altitude, fast freeride and mogul pistes. The spectacular Vanoise Express cable car, which spans the valley, also starts in Peisey-Vallandry. This connects the piste area of Peisey/Les Arcs with La Plagne. Peisey is centrally located at the crossroads and is therefore the ideal ski resort in the mega ski arena. Peisey-Vallandry has specially designed beginner and children's ski areas.
