De sleutelprocedure was onnodig complex. Er waren maar twee in plaats van drie bedden opgemaakt. Slechte communicatie met de host. Hij wekte de indruk dat hij 'om de hoek' woonde, maar daar twijfel ik aan. De host bood compensatie aan voor het ontbrekende bed, maar betaalde deze niet.
