It comprises an entrance hall, a living room with a sofa opening onto a lovely terrace, a very functional fully equipped kitchen, one large bedroom with a double bed and dressing area, one bedroom with two single beds, and a shower room with toilet. Advantages of this holiday rental in Grimaud: This new property features a beautiful fitted kitchen with a dishwasher, washing machine, and a large fridge-freezer.
It is equipped with air conditioning, a lovely terrace, and a small garden overlooking the pine forest. Situated between land and sea, this house is a true haven of peace in the heart of nature, while remaining close to the village, the beach, and local amenities. End-of-stay cleaning included. Security deposit: €300. Bed linen and towels are available for an additional fee (please check with the agency). Please note: Non-smoking accommodation.

A nice, clean house. A neat kitchen and a good shower. The path to the top was very bumpy and uneven. The view was a bit disappointing. Sitting on the balcony, you're looking at roof tiles.
