You’ll find everything you need for a peaceful stay, just a short walk from shops, restaurants and public transport.
The “Mazagran Sable” room includes: • Approx. [surface area to be confirmed] m² • Double bed 140 cm • Desk and storage space • Individual lock on the door Shared common areas in the house: • Equipped kitchen: Nespresso coffee machine, hob, oven • Dining room next to the kitchen • Lounge area set up in the basement • Shower room with toilet on the 1st floor • Second shower room with toilet on the 3rd floor • Laundry room with washing machine on the 2nd floor "• Internet access • Heating • Bed linen provided • Bath towels included Optional services: • Half-board at Restaurant Le Maeva: €20 per person per day (10 units available) Practical information: • Floor: 2nd (no lift) • Not accessible for people with reduced mobility • Non-smoking property • Pets not allowed • Cleaning is included Security deposit required • A security deposit will be required including for Airbnb guests via a bank card pre-authorisation from 300 EUR to 1500 EUR depending on the property • You will receive a message 2 days before arrival to complete online check-in • This is when you will register your bank card for the deposit • If the deposit cannot be secured, we will not be able to hand over access to the property" Guests have access to their private bedroom as well as the shared common areas in the house.
