Lines 76 and 86 are available. - Orly airport is located at a 20-kilometer distance from the apartment. - Roissy airport is located at a 35-kilometer drive from the apartment. Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of EUR 20. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property.
If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 EUR smoking fee, at minimum. Designed with open living, dining, and kitchen areas and decorated with an artist's taste this lovely studio has all that you need to have a wonderful stay in Paris. The living room has a double bed and complimentary hotel-quality linens will be provided for maximum comfort. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you’ll need to whip up a delicious meal. The bathroom has all the amenities you’ll need to freshen up such as a shower, a toilet, and a sink.
Fresh towels and free toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience. The home is always professionally cleaned and strategically sanitized for your safety. Please note that the air conditioner is a portable unit designed for a single room. Enjoy your stay!

Residents of the 11th arrondissement benefit first of all from an exceptional cultural offer. By visiting the historic squares of Bastille, Nation, and République, you can immerse yourself in the revolutionary history of the district.
Don't miss the so-called tomb of Louis XVII in the Sainte-Marguerite Church, which has kept a lot of mystery, as well as the Edith Piaf Museum and, if you like urban culture, the MUR.
