If you are likely to arrive later than 18:00, please call our resort reception team on 01352 961506 to let them know.
Please note any guests under the age of 18 needs to be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
Departure Information: Check out time is at 10:00am on the day of your departure.
Verde Resorts kindly ask that you leave your accommodation as you found it.
Hot Tub Information: Please note due to water change and maintenance your hot tub may not be up to the correct temperature when you first arrive.
By using the hot tub, you are agreeing to Verde Resorts’ terms and conditions and agreeing that you have read their hot tub safety information, found here.
Bathrobes: Bathrobes are available to hire for £5.00 per bathrobe.
Please note: Bathrobes are only available on a request basis when you arrive at the park.
Travel Cot Hire: You can request a travel cot on your booking.
Please note you must bring your own mattress and bedding for the cot.
Please note travel cots may not fit in double/master bedrooms in selected units, please call reception on 01352 961506 for more information if a cot is needed.
Pets: Please make sure that you have included your pet in your booking.
If your pet is not included, Verde Resorts will either relocate you to a pet-friendly lodge, if there is one available, or holds the right to refuse access to the resort.

see my last review - amazing place and we will be back.Lodge facilities brillianthot tub brillianten suite and bathroom brilliantonly real slight complaint is the flooring is held down in places with silver gaffa tape making it look a bit tired.

Our holiday was lovely thank you our only issue was when we have stayed in the premier lodges before there has always been toilet rolls in each bathroom to which we had 3 and a welcome pack of a small amount of washing up liquid a few dishwasher tablets a dish cloth and tea towel

The lodge was comfortable and well supplied with enough kitchen equipment and towels. You may be a little stretched if you fill to capacity with 6 people, but I would not expect them to provide 12 of every kitchen bowl and plate. The hot tub was perfect and was very relaxing after each day of activities.
