Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own. The property is easily accessible by public transport and car. The nearest bus stop, la Malva-rosa - Fuerteventura, is just a 1-minute walk. Valencia Airport is a 33-minute drive from the property. Self check-in with smart lock.
You need a smartphone with battery and internet connection; an electronic key will be used.
Check-in is from 3:00 PM onwards (early check-in upon request). You will receive the link with the key and access instructions a few days before your arrival, once you have completed the arrival form. We provide basic amenities for the first days of your stay: shower gel samples, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen paper, sponge, dishwashing products and bin liners.
If you need additional cleaning or bedding during your stay, please let us know and we will be happy to provide them for an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance smoking policy in the property, but guests can smoke in the outdoor spaces of the accommodation if available.
If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (for example, smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum penalty of €200 for smoking. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a reasonable use policy for utilities will apply with a limit of €80. Extra keys: according to availability, in case of loss a penalty will be applied according to the cost of the copy. This one-bedroom apartment in Malva-Rosa is perfect for a stay close to the beach.

NOTE: It is essential to mention that construction is currently taking place on the main road (just outside the apartment) with no specified completion date, so please consider this. The bedroom has a double bed with complimentary linens for maximum comfort, a wardrobe with hangers for all your storage needs, and an ensuite bathroom with all the necessary amenities, including clean towels, a hair dryer, and complimentary toiletries. Super accommodation! Top location! Only criticism: few kitchen utensils. For example, no oven or toaster.
The sofa is also getting on in years and needs to be cleaned.

Very good location near the beach. The flat is exactly as described, has everything, is very functional and easy to access, with quick communication. Highly recommended.

The flat is conveniently located, close to the beach, and there’s a lovely Mercadona (supermarket) nearby. It’s a bit of a shame that the only toilet and bath are inside the bedroom, and I’d say this flat isn’t really suitable for four people. But it’s perfect for a couple or a family with a child. ...
