In the heart of the Ognon Valley, in a village with quality shops (local produce, etc.), near Pesmes (castle, royal house... one of the most beautiful villages in France) or Marnay, a charming town offering a wide range of sports and leisure activities: canoeing, kayaking, paddleboarding, fishing, hiking on the Way of St.
James, cycling routes, the Hugier vineyards, and the "Acorus" water garden in Autoreille.
This small, fully renovated cottage, located in Montagney, adjoins another cottage and is ideal for a couple.
It is situated in one of the outbuildings of Château Terrier de Santans, in the heart of a magnificent one-hectare park.
The stay is offered at an all-inclusive rate: beds made upon arrival, utilities included, towels provided, and end-of-stay cleaning included.
On the ground floor: – A fully equipped kitchen opening onto the living/dining room. – A sofa bed. – Flat-screen TV. – A bathroom with a walk-in shower. – A separate toilet. – Direct access to the terrace.
Upstairs: – A bedroom with a double bed (140 cm).
Outside: – Two terraces with garden furniture. – Barbecue. – Sun loungers. – Parasol. – One-hectare park.
Amenities and services: – Flat-screen TV. – Travel cot available. – Baby bath. – High chair. – Electric vehicle charging station.
Additional information: – Two other cottages are located on the property (H70G027340 and H70G027339), which can be rented together for a total capacity of 10 people. – One small pet is accepted free of charge upon request.

The all-inclusive price includes: bed linen and towels for the stay, end-of-stay cleaning (excluding dishes and rubbish), heating and electricity with reasonable and controlled consumption - if the cottage is heated by electricity you have 15 kWh per day (any excess will be payable on site to the hosts).
