Newly built Istrian stone house to accommodate 8+1 people, category 4****.
It has 4 well-furnished bedrooms, two of which are equipped with a double bed and two with single beds.
On the ground floor there is a kitchen and dining room with fireplace, separate living room with access to a lawn and a bathroom with shower.
On the first floor there are two bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with separate beds) and a bathroom, and the same is also found on the second floor.
From the second floor you offer a beautiful view of the sea, 17 km away. Rooms: 4 Sleeps: 8+1 Pool: 30m2 Bathrooms: 4 Area of approx. 200m2 Entertainment area cca. 120m2 The house is located in the central part of the Istrian peninsula, so that all destinations on the peninsula are within a 30-minute drive. The house is fully air conditioned, pets are allowed for a fee, free internet - WiFi, washing machine available. In the internal courtyard there is a 6.5 m x 4.5 m swimming pool, outdoor kitchen with fireplace and table for 8 people - 30m2, a covered pergola for relaxation - 36m2, and a green lawn ideal for games. At night the pool changes colors, and you can adjust the color of the light and the intensity even in the relaxation area. In the house next door for exclusive use there is a space designed for play and free time for children and teenagers, as well as entertainment for adults (billiards, table tennis, darts, karaoke, video games, home theater ...) The climate with lots of sun both in spring and autumn is pleasant, and the area is full of mountain bike trails and is ideal for hiking and picking berries. The rate for pets is: 15 euros/pet/day If you cause damage to the property during your stay, you may be required to pay according to YourRentals’s property damage policy.
