Located on the 1st floor of a villa, it comprises an 18 m² living room, an open-plan, fully-equipped kitchen, a lounge, two bedrooms and a shower room.
There is also a shared terrace of around 25 m².

The accommodation is as follows: 1st level - 18 m² living room with dining area - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob, etc. - A shower room (with shower) and WC 2ᵉ level - Bedroom 1: one double bed (140×190) - Bedroom 2: two single beds (70x190) - A 15 m² lounge with TV Exterior: - A 25 m² shared terrace, facing south-east, with furniture to enjoy the fine weather The flat is ideally located in La Baule-Escoublac, in a very pleasant environment, close to a wooded park and 2 minutes from the town centre.
You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Activities : - La Baule beach about 4 minutes (270 m) away on foot - Golf International Barrière La Baule about 15 minutes (7.2 km) by car - Tennis Country Club Barrière La Baule approx. 6 minutes (2.1 km) by car - La Baule Equestrian Centre, approx. 7 minutes (2.4 km) by car Public transport : If you choose to come by car, free parking is available close to the accommodation.
Garage parking is also available as an option.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you: - Nearest train station: La Baule SNCF train station, about 2 minutes (1 km) by car. - Nearest airport: Nantes Atlantique airport, about 1 hour 11 minutes (77.6 km) by car.
