The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming house with a swimming pool for rent in Le Thoronet. It has a surface area of 130 m² and can accommodate up to 8 guests. It comprises a 40 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, a bathroom, a shower room, and you can enjoy a garden of around 3,000 m². Wi-Fi, sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A 40 m² living room with sofa, TV and dining area with access to the swimming pool
- A fully equipped kitchen with: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: a bunk bed (sleeps 2)
- Bedroom 2: a double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 3: a double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 4: one double bed (140×190)
- One shower room
- One bathroom with shower, bath and toilet
- One separate toilet
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, fan, iron and ironing board.
Outside:
- A private, unheated swimming pool, 9×4 m, secured by an alarm and a protective cover. Up to 2 m deep
- Nearby, a 70 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy sunny days
- A beautiful enclosed garden with trees, 3,000 m²
The house is ideally located in Le Thoronet, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. The village centre is a 10-minute walk away.
Activities:
- Thoronet Abbey: a jewel of 12th-century Cistercian architecture
- The beaches of Saint Raphël
- Saint Tropez
- The Gorges du Verdon
- Sillans-la-Cascade waterfall: splendid waterfalls and hiking trails in lush vegetation
- Vins-sur-Caramy: charming village with historic bridge, perfect for cycling or walking
Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park, which can accommodate up to 4 vehicles.
For other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful:
- Les Arcs–Draguignan train station is 25 minutes away by car
- Nice Airport is 1 hour and 10 minutes away
Other remarks:
- Bed linen and towels are included.
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
- A security camera is pointed towards the car park.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. We kindly ask you to leave it in a clean condition and to clean the appliances after use.
- Any request to arrive or depart outside the specified times is subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.
- Swimming pool: Children must be supervised by a parent at all times when swimming. Opening dates are not contractual and are subject to favourable weather conditions.
